The Countdown Begins!

I only have a few more days left in WC until I'm back in Glasgow! Its crazy how quickly this summer has gone by! At some point I need to back all my ish and make sure its not grossly over-weight (which it probably will be) and finished cleaning out the garage as well blah. Then we all head to the beach for 2 weeks where I can (attempt) to tan so that when I do get back to Glasgow people wont think I was lying about being from CA. I also went to my optometrist and got daily contacts so now my eyes wont fall out of my head yay!
And here's a daily dose of cute! I want a baby goat, maybe I can convince my landlord to let one live in my flat, we do have a nice wee yard in the back where he could run around and be a jerk!

My New Obsassion with Béla Károlyi

I've been getting flack for not blogging as frequently as I used to, though I stand by my statement that I'm not doing anything particularly blog-worthy. Nevertheless, I'll try to be more frequent from now on, though lets be honest, I may forgot by tomorrow.
So the Olympics are on, and now that women's gymnastics is on TV once again so is the hilarious Romanian/US coach Bela Karolyi. He's brought on as a commentator, and he is endlessly entertaining mostly because he's so flamboyant, but also very knowledgeable about the sport. When he speaks he usually starts off well, rambles on for a bit in a thick accented and broken english, and finds his way back to the point towards the end, which usually is that the person they are discussing got shafted and the judges are too harsh. But he's always so passionate, and has fantastic facial hair, so he is always entertaining.
